At all Rheochem™ Performance Solutions and A-C^® Performance Products lubricants plant locations Honeywell's six-sigma philosophy of continuous improvement is the driver for numerous projects that benefit customers by providing capacity expansions, superior quality and new products.

All products are manufactured to highest quality standard and highest lot-to-lot consistency. They are available in a variety of package sizes ranging from 25-kg bags to 1000-kg supersacks.

The manufacturing headquarters for Rheochem™ lubricants is located in Columbia, MO, USA; auxiliary manufacturing sites are located in Titusville, PA, and Marshall, TX, USA. The Titusville and Marshall facilities primarily produce hydrocarbon lubricants. The Columbia facility focuses on the production of customized formulations containing hydrocarbons, oxidized polyethylene wax, metal stearates and other specialty components. This plant is solely devoted to the production of lubricants for Vinyl (PVC) processors.

The manufacturing headquarters for A-C^® Performance Products is located in Orange, TX, USA. An auxiliary-manufacturing site is located in Baton Rouge, LA, and USA. Both plants are ISO 9002 certified. Our facilities produce high-density oxidized polyethylene wax, low molecular weight polyethylene wax, oxidized polyethylene wax and specialty copolymers.

In 2001, our newest blending facility in Suzhou, China will be operational and will add to our global presence to ensure a consistent level of both worldwide access to products and a consistent level of supply and service.

We rapidly formulate, test and deliver solutions tailored to our customer's Vinyl products and processing needs. Our technical expertise enables us to identify opportunities for process optimization. Combined with our data driven approach and a wide range of technological services we deliver customized solutions.

Brabender^® rheometry, injection molding, extrusion, milling and compounding equipment are available in our highly specialized laboratories at Honeywell's corporate headquarters in Morristown, NJ, manufacturing headquarters in Columbia, MO, Haasrode and Eupen, Belgium, and Singapore.
